Sculptural Vessel or Functional Sculpture: The Choice is Yours, 25SpAH4

Explore the art of ceramics with hand- building sculptural vessels and unleash your creativity. In this course, students will learn to manipulate clay using the fundamental techniques of pinching, coiling, slab-building, and other essential hand-building methods to create vessels that embody the aesthetic properties of sculpture with the design language of ceramic vessels. In this course, you explore form, texture, and surface design to bring your creative vision to life in clay.
